But after a while I realized crazy is too dangerous for me... and you'd have to be crazy to wear shoes with needles going through them. Then I thought, let's go for something over the top.
But over the top looks like a future broken ankle to me. Ho hum. Let's keep looking. Maybe let's just go for something simple. All I need is a pair of simple heels...
.... But I like my heels too much to put them through that much torture.... Let's forget the heels. Let's go for a pair of heel-less shoes...
...Maybe not literally. Let's try flats.
Ahhh... there we go. Now we're getting somewhere. But maybe something a little less casual...
Oooo even better! I like these heels... but maybe something a little more wedding appropriate....
Yep, these are fantastic!!! ... except for the price... I am not speding $300 on shoes. No. That's about as crazy as the needle shoes. And so I searched, and I searched, and I searched some more and I happily stumbled across something that caught my eye in a store one day. Gold glitter.
Now I'm not much of a glitter fan. The last time I wore a pair of glitter shoes was while playing dress up at the ripe age of 5. But I looked over my shoulder and found simple peep toe heels, covered in a (non-cheesey, classy)vintage gold and silver colored glitter with a gold heel. And as I slid them onto my feet and did a little twirl I noticed the price tag. $40!!!!!!!!!!! DING DING DING!!! We have a WINNER! What a great day.
Now if only I could find my jewelry and hair piece for under $40... ANY SUGGESTIONS????
